The bathroom fan was incredibly loud and couldn't be turned off. We had trouble sleeping because of the constant noise. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive when we tried to ask about it. We were left feeling frustrated and disappointed with our city break experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center and offers easy access to a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Our spacious and well-equipped room had a great view of the town and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi during our stay.

The hotel’s smoking policy caused some discomfort during our stay. we were unaware of the bathroom fan system and found it hard to sleep due to the loud noise.
